Terms of Use
The short version
- JustDrop is a tool to move files, not store them. It hands your file to the other person and then it's gone.
- We can't see what you send. Everything is end-to-end encrypted on your device, and the service is fully automated — no one is watching your transfers.
- You're responsible for what you send. Don't use JustDrop for anything illegal or harmful, and keep your own copy of anything important.
- It's provided as-is. We do our best, but we can't guarantee a transfer will always work.
- UAE law applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and the provider of JustDrop. They apply whenever you use JustDrop at justdrop.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use JustDrop.
1. Who provides JustDrop
The Service is provided by Vibecraft Digital FZ LLC ("JustDrop", "we", "us"), a free-zone company registered at Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Vibecraft Digital FZ LLC is the sole provider and operator of the Service. You can reach us at support@justdrop.ai.
2. What JustDrop is
JustDrop is an automated, end-to-end encrypted pipeline for moving files and messages between two devices. It works like a neutral conduit: your content is encrypted on your device before it reaches us, we pass the encrypted data to the other person in your room, and then it is deleted.
- The Service is unmonitored and fully automated. We do not view, monitor, moderate, or screen the content that passes through it.
- We cannot read your content — we never hold the keys needed to unscramble it (see our Privacy Policy).
- There are no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number to send a file.
3. Who can use JustDrop
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using JustDrop, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable use
Because the Service is unmonitored, we rely on you to use it responsibly and lawfully. You agree that you will not use JustDrop to create, send, store, or share any content or to take any action that:
- breaks any applicable law, including the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021);
- is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringes anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- contains malware, viruses, or anything designed to harm or gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
- attempts to abuse, overload, probe, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service, including bulk or automated misuse.
To protect the Service and its users, we may apply rate limits and may suspend or terminate access we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these Terms.
5. Your content is your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you transfer and for ensuring you have the right to share it. Because the Service is a neutral, unmonitored conduit that we cannot read, we are not responsible for, and do not endorse, any content sent through it. JustDrop is a transfer tool, not a storage or record-keeping service — always keep your own copy of anything you need, because your transfer is deleted when the room closes or its timer ends.
6. Reporting abuse and lawful cooperation
If you believe the Service is being misused, please report it to support@justdrop.ai. We will respond to valid legal requests and cooperate with the authorities as required by applicable law. Because we hold almost no information about you and cannot read encrypted content, there is usually very little we are able to provide.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a transfer will succeed, that content will be delivered, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Vibecraft Digital FZ LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vibecraft Digital FZ LLC and is protected by law. These Terms don't give you any rights in our intellectual property. You keep all rights to your own content — we make no claim to it.
11. Changes to these Terms
If we update these Terms, we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, highlight them on the site. Continuing to use JustDrop after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. Any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
